I just bought a Boss CX1100M amp for my car and it's a 1100W max and 250W RMS and I'm gonna run it on a 400W max and 200W RMS subwoofer. How do I adjust the amp to run at 250W? Here's a picture of the knobs and stuff:

I'm assuming I have to use the "level" knob, but I'm not sure at all. If so, would it run at 0W if I set it on "min" or will it run at the 250W RMS?
Also, I was curious about the "sensitivity" switch and "low pass frequency" knob. What do they do?
