How to add songs as folders in my iphone using itunes ?

When ever iam trying to add a songs already in my computer as folders.its clubbing all the songs and showing in different folders.eg: i have created a folder name MY SONGS and i put all of my liking songs in that,but after sync it is showing some songs in one folder and some other on another folder like that,How to fix this ??????
