How to add Ringtones to Verizon Phone?

I have a Micro Sd, and I know Verizon blocks mp3 Ringtones, so I need to know any other options, I don't have a USB and I have no internet or Pic/Vid Messaging.

I read about making it a MIDI or 3pg file type, but how?
