I have an Acer Netbook, and there is this program I downloaded. Now since I have a netbook, that causes my screen to be pretty tiny. When I open the program the program window goes off of my screen. I went to try to shrink it so I can see all of my program by rolling my mouse over the edges of the window, but no shrink icon appears. There is also no scroll bar. I want to know how to add a scroll bar to that program so I can view all of the window. Is this possible?
