How to access Hotel, Zoo, Stockpile & Convey in COD BO Escalation?

Hi,

I can get onto Call of the Dead but don't know how to get onto the other 4 maps. What do they come under and how do I access them?

Well, Call of the Dead is a zombie map, and the other four are multiplayer maps. So maybe you should go play multiplayer. Duh.
 
if your setting up a match then there in the DLC section of the map selection. just click over to the right when the normal maps list appears.
