how to 2 way sync blackberry and google?

I am able to sync my iCal with google calendar, also I can send out appointments from my blackberry and it syncs, but say I put an appointment in google calendar it doesnt send to all the phones. All the phones are blackberry and all are synced to the same account, but if someone makes a change, it won't update. Is there a step by step on how to set up google sync on 3 phones to where they all update and auto sync. I have it checked to let everyone make changes to the calendar as well. But still the organizer is the only one who can make changes and it sends notifications, but wont update if your not.
