How tall do I have to be to ride a Harley Davidson?

Harleys are engineered for the lowest common denominator, and are some of the easiest bikes in the world to ride. At 5'6", you ought to be able to ride any Harley made about as well as it can be ridden.
 
I hate these questions so I will give a sarcastic answer.
There is no height requirement to ride a Harley or other make of motorcycle. You just have to actually go to a HD dealer and sit on different models to see what models have a low enough seat height for you to be comfortable on. There's models like the Sportster Low which has a seat lower to the ground. If you actually go to a dealer, they would tell you this.
I never understood why people ask strangers what motorcycle that they will fit them best.
It's like you will assume that some stranger has some strange psychic powers and can say how comfortable you will be on a certain motorcycle.
I know you can't see me, but do the pants I am wearing fit me or are they too big??? That is exactly what you are asking.
 
You are about 6 inches too tall for the average harley :-)

No seriously, you might have to tippytoe the XR1200, but any other H-D model will be fine.
