No. Typically you ovulate 14-17 days of your cycle. Your cycle's first day is the day you start your period. You then would take a test no more than 6 days before your first missed period. Those results are NOT 100% though, or even close. They are only about 66% accurate. The first day of your missed period is the first day the results are 99% accurate. No test is 100%. But the most accurate is a blood test done by your doctor. Good luck!!
