How soon after having unprotected sex can you take a pregnancy test?

Last night I had unprotected sex and my fiance finished inside me. I am going to my parents tomorrow and hope to buy a test in the town they live in. Do I have to wait a week before taking the test or can I do it as soon as I get it tomorrow.
I finished my period yesterday too. We did it just as it stopped. How high is the chance I could be prego?
