How should I write my 150 word essay?

I know how to write an essay, but how should I write one with 150 words? Should I have one point or three? How many sentences is the intro and conclusion? When I have one point should I be really specific? If I have three points, wouldn't it sound rushed?

Please, just tell me the format of it.
