How should I work out?

Hello there.
I'm going to gym sine 1 year now.
I work out for 1,5 hours 5 times a week.
I also see some results already.
But I have a problem.
I'm right-handed and my right arm is stronger.
But the muscles of my left arm and my left chest are bigger and better defined.

How can I work out to change this disparity?

I already heard that it's not good to only train the arm with the smaller muscles.
Is that true?

So what can I do then?

Please help me.
