how should i wire this car audio setup?

i have 2 12inch kicker CTV 4 ohm shallow mount subs in a down fire box in a f150 a soundstream rub1.700 amp that is 2ohm and 4 ohm stable 700rms x1 at 2 ohm and 400rms x1 at 4 ohm im thinking 2 ohm is the way to go but to run them 2 ohm they would have to be run in parallel? will doing that mess up the subs(since they are 4ohm) to be brought down to a 2 ohm load and if not can some one show me the best way to run these i thought i would ask and see what you people think thanks for the help
