How should I wire this amp to my sub?

I have an old Alpine 3566. It's a 6 channel amp with a built in crossover. Channels 5 & 6 are 2x60 at 4 ohms, 2x80 at 2 ohms, 1x160 @ 4 ohms bridged. I have 1 10" sub that is in a sealed box built to spec. The 1 sub has dual voicecoils. Should I wire it in series or parallel? I imagine it would be bridged (positive from channel 5 negative from channel 6?). I haven't messed around with this stuff for a while and cannot remember how to do this stuff. Any help would be appreciated. The more detailed info you can give would be better. I'd rather read something I know instead of not getting the info and having to guess.

if it is dual 4 ohm, i wouldn't bridge it because it might not be stable. check with your amp first to see if its 2 ohm stable before bridging a dual 4 ohm sub on it.
 
Larry, he stated it was rated for 2x80w@ 2ohm, so it is 2 ohm stable, but not bridged.
Run it in series. Hopefully it's a dual 2 ohm sub, not a dual 4 ohm sub. You didn't say what it is. Wiring it in series will either give you a 4 ohm or 8 ohm load depending on which it is. That load will be divided between the two bridged channels of the amp so if it's a 4 ohm load each channel will be running at 2 ohms. If it's an 8 ohm load each channel will be running at 4 ohms. So you will get the full 160 watts with a 4 ohm load. The 8 ohm load will only give you 120 watts.
Wiring the sub parallel would damage the amp since it would create either a 1 ohm or 2 ohm load which equals out to either .5 ohm or 1 ohm per channel on the amp.
