I'm going to be a sophomore. School is starting tomorrow. I rarely wear makeup but I want to start wearing it. I have light skin, blue eyes, and brown hair. I have tried putting on liquid foundation but it always looks so cakey, even if I put a light coat and put moisturizer on before I apply the foundation. I've also tried putting on eyeliner but I can't seem to do it right, it always looks so bad. I've tried with liquid and pencil. Any tips/suggestions? How should I wear my makeup for school and what should I wear?
