an Indian tent turtle was attacked by a cat. its shell was destroyed from both sides. on the left side an inch of the shell is missing now. the organs are intact but are exposed. i took him in and cleaned the wound. a pet store owner told me to mix edible-lime, garlic and turmeric powder, heat n then cool it and then apply to the wound and bandage it. i have done that.
i live in city- Nagpur, state- Maharashtra, country- India.
and i did not find any reptile vet here.
please help me if you can regarding its wound care.
