I was recently terminated from employment by my previous employer (call center).
The reason my employment ended was due to "performance" the client/contract asked that our customer satisfaction surveys be 70% or more of them be rated "top box" (8 or 9). I didn't meet those stats and was terminated. I am eligible for rehire.. Now how should I let any future employer know why i no longer work for my previous company..
I was with them for about 3 or so years, however eligible for rehire in 6 months due to performance on previous contracts were good. The thing is too, they are currently hiring to replace Allot of people the canned for similar reasons or others like attendance or from people quitting.. Whats the best way to tell the future employers during an interview?
