How should I plant my vegetable garden?

I just built two raised beds. They are each 3.25' by 12', running north/south, with two feet between the beds, in Southern California. Mild weather. Lots of sun. Very dewy every morning. Planning on drip irrigation.

I want to plant for:
maximum vegetable harvest, year 'round

Have had lots of success with artichokes, tomatoes (omg!), zukes, cukes, strawberries, eggplants, jalepenos, etc.

What should I plant where in my new beds? I don't know anything about permaculture, or companion plants. I just like to eat vegetables.

We have terrible aphids!
