Ok, Im 5' 9 1/2'', 140 Lbs, Im about to finish eighth grade and have been lifting for about a year. I bench 175, I squat 189-205(haven't maxed in awhile) Power clean-185, 40 Time-Low 4.9's. Im trying out for Strong Safety and Wide Receiver. Can you give me some help about what to lift, what exercises will develop my leg power and speed and my overall strength. I want to be at 165 by the end of summer and be running in the 4.8's. Thanks
