How should i get my hair cut ?

Im getting a haircut tomorrow and i have no idea what to do with it . Here is a picture of what it looks like right now .

so thats what it looks like right now ..... do you guys have any suggestions on how you think i should get it cut ?
Also , do you think i would look good if i dye my hair like a tint of red ?
