How should I fix this drawing?

well.. i'm only twelve so I don't really know that much about perspective so I was wondering how I am supposed to fix the right arm.
also, does anyone know how to give the effect that the person is falling really quickly?
if you could also give me advice on how i should fix the entire picture (especially the legs), that would help a lot

Extend the forearm just a little bit more on the right arm. Also make it a little more thicker to almost match the thickness of the left arm. Don't have any hair spiked forward. She's falling, remember.
 
That's really cute, haha. ^_^ I actually don't think it looks that bad... It just looks like your style to me. I was expecting to see some fat, disproportionate drawing or something. You should try http://www.deviantart.com/ It's an art site where people of all skill levels and mediums can post their art and get critiques, etc etc. They have forums and tutorials too. I'm a DeviantArt nerd, myself. :3
