I have a chicken quarter(thigh and leg still connected) that I have been marinating for 5 hours in spicy garlic marinade, and I have this big fancy oven at my expense. It gives me the option of bake, convection bake, full convection, or broil... what mode should I use, What position in the oven(5 levels please use 1 as very bottom 5 as very top) and how long?
