I thought I wanted to cook it on the stovetop but I'm thinking maybe in the oven is a surer thing. I dont have a slow cooker.
I think I have to brown it on the stove first and season it, then put it in the oven. Is that correct?
When do I add the vegetables? How much water do I use? Should I cover it? What kind of pan?
