How should i cook my food?

With the recession, im running out of money, and my hampster is the perfect food source, should i cook it, deep fry it, or bake it?

poor thing, there's not much protein you can get from that critter. but if you insist, stew the whole thing. fur, claws, tail and all. for extra fiber and additional vitamins and minerals.
