S Sean New member Jun 10, 2009 #3 Broil it in the oven or quick cook it in a skillet. Considering it's for a salad you can precut it to size and it'll cook faster. Salt/pepper or Lemon salt or lemon pepper If you want it spicy try some Cheyenne pepper or taco type seasoning
