R RACHEL New member Nov 7, 2010 #1 So my hair is already red as you can see. But i want it blue or ill even settle for purple tips (for now) and i really really want them. My parents just wont budge. Not for christmas, or birthday, or even if i pay for it. What do i do? Help me?):
