Back in the fall, i disassembled my bike, sanded it, primed it, painted it, and reassembled it. The bike frame still has that tacky, spray paint feeling to it. I was told by a friend to take a very fine sandpaper to it and then apply a clear coat. Does anyone have any recommendations on how i can do this without having to tear the whole bike apart again? I want it to have that very smooth, shiny, factory constructed finish to it.
