How should i buy this sub?? Its at crutchfield.?

Does anyone think i should buy this sub at crutchfield as scratch and dent or should i just buy it new?? Also will this sub fit in the trunk of a 1998 mustang?

I have bought scratch and dent before.....it's really better to buy new, and yes it will fit fine in the mustang, as long as the trunk isn't full of course.
