My husband and I are renewing our vows. We chose Botanical Garden. We gave permission to have our charge card ran and they didn't run it when they were supposed to ( a week Later) so it was declined. Well instead of calling us right away, they waited 4 weeks to contact us and that is only because I contacted them about a question. So all the time Im running my card and they haven't taken payment and haven't notified me to let me know. I spoke with the manager i told her I could have come up there, given a different card exc..had I known the same day or next say not almost 5 weeks later. She agrees and apologized but is asking how can they accommodate us. Its too late to find another Venue our invitations are printed exc..We have to pay them a total of 4000.00..whats a good accommodation since they are asking ? Thanks in advance 
The manager states they are responsible because after the first time ofher running it she should have contacted me immediately. So again they want to accommodate me what would be a good accommodation. I keep a budget but I do my budget at the end of the month not dail and I had it budgeted for her to take out when she was supposed to...
