How should I ask my boyfriend to my high schools dance?

We go to different high schools and I want to ask him in a creative way. He is going to be a Pharmacist and going into the air force. Any ideas?

Its the girl ask boy dance at my school!
yes hes my boyfriend and he will go with me, i just want to surprise him and spice it up!
 
Preferable with words, and forming those words into a question would be good, if you can handle it that is.

If he's your bf chances are he couldn't care less how you ask, just ask.
