How should I ask a Judge to not hold me accountable for back child support ?

The mother won't sign the paternity affidavit on my newborn son because she doesn't want me to have visits with the kids if I won't be with her. South Dakota just passed a law that says if Im paying child support then I have a right to visits and Im already going for visits on my first child with her but thats only because I pay on her. And get this! When she finally does go for child support they'll most likely go back to the birth of the baby! She's got me locked down as anyone can see and I know I have to take her to court for a paternity test and all the visit stuff to get in place but thats gonna be months and months away! I cant even tell you what color my sons eyes are btw
 
Always sad when two people have a child together and forget all this that follows.

The sex was great, the baby stuff isn't.

Next time, choose a wonderful lady to be the mother of your next child, know her well, travel together for awhile, and be a committed loving and bonded couple prepared to step to the plate together to parent a baby that never asked to be born.

Keep it covered.

This will be a miserable situation for you the rest of your life.... and not really worth this, is it?
