OK i do MMA and sometimes teach younger kids who cant seem to aim higher even when i get on my knees and i do kicks excessively while sparring and i don't wear a cup because its uncomfortable since i got it when i was 10 I'm 15 now so yeah get the picture. so how should it feel constricting or loose because i need to start wearing one cause my sis isn't gonna carry on any family names and i need to continue with my kicks
