how set callbarring in motorokr e6 for vodafone network?

i was trying to set callbarring for motorokr e6 for vodafone network. when trying to set callbarring it asks for callbarring password.when i gave the password as 0000 it displayed "operation failed".

similarly with password 1919 also it displayed "operation failed"
similarly with password 1234 also it displayed "operation failed"
can any one guide me how to set the callbarring
