My sister shipped me my ereader using Canada Post. She declared it as a gift (ereader) and value at the original price which is $180. I'm worried that I might not receive it or if i do, i'll have to pay a ridiculous amount for tax. Is it safe? Have you had any experience with philippine post?
I did ask my sister to use fedex instead but at the time, the fedex system was down so they couldn't accept packages. no choice but to use canada post.
@lonesome: where are you in the Philippines? would it be more risky if its destination is in the provinces?
