How safe is it to have immuinization post Kawasaki treatment?

Our son had his first needle when he was two months. After two days he was sick and diagonsed with Kawasaki Disease. His vaccination was delayed for six months. Now, our son is perfectly fine but we are worried about having him vaccinated again? Any help/suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thank you
