How safe is Dartmouth Ave. in College Park, MD?

I'm looking at a place on Dartmouth Avenue in College Park, Maryland. The price is pretty good, and the place is right near the metro, but I'm worried about the safety of the area. Any input would really be appreciated. Thanks!

well on the last safety survey - oh Wait they don't do them how would i know
