how reliable is importgsm?

I have read good things about import gsm, and they look legitimate, but I've tried twice these past few weeks to get a value for a trade-in on the phone, but they never get back to me..

just wondering.....
 
I am thinking that you will get more money if you try to sell your phone here or on eBay. I am guessing that they probably won't give you much, like when you trade in a car. They have to make money off of it somehow.
