i have some credit cards.i've NEVER been late. paid the right amt. and done everything i could do to be a great customer. and now for what!! they started raising it to 11% then 15% now all are almost if not more 20% .. i think it down right dirty. i'm trying to pay them off but how can i with % like that?? i don't use them no more. i've called and asked about hey how about drop the % rate for me. nope... can someone give me some direction and who higher up can i complain to.. somehow this needs to stop
