How potent is pre-ejaculate after urination?

When I have multiple sex sessions in one night I usually take a piss in between the times I have sex to clear out sperm from a previous ejaculation. Can the pre-ejaculate still be potent enough to get a girl pregnant in my case? I always pull out so I dont worry much about residual amounts of sperm
