How old was your child when they learned to cycle a bike with no stabilisers

(training wheels)? I learned when I was 6, my nephew was 4 but my own son only feels confident now at 7 to give it a go. So proud of him!! =0)
 
well our daughter was six she went to play with a friend and as we were chatting she cycled past I nearly had a heart attack as i didnt know she could ride a bike only a trikewell done to your son it is something special when they get hteir balance cheerio
 
It all depends on their sense of balance. My daughter was 6 but my son who turned out to be a very skilled skate boarder (with sponsorship) was only just 4.
