No hope soaps dope!!!!

I was just wondering when I can face my baby forward. She is 10 months old, but her feet touch the seat and she's a little cramped. She weighs about 20 pounds.

Hi, it depends on where in the world you are but a website I found confirms it should be on baby weight and not age necessarily. Here is some of the information:
Rearward-facing Baby Seats
Group 0: for babies up to 10 kgs (22 lbs) roughly from birth to 6-9 months, or
Group 0+: for babies up to 13kg (29lbs) roughly from birth to 12-15 months
Forward-facing child seat
Group 1: for children weighing 9-18 kgs (20-40 lbs) roughly from 9 months - 4 years.
Hope this helps

The "Law" is they have to 1yr old and 20ibs. When my daughter was 8months old she was 20ibs and her feet were so cramped. So I bought her the transitional car seats (They go through all stages) for $200. They go up to 35ibs in rear facing. That lasted her until she was 10 months old, when her feet got cramped again and I had to just turn her around. When they're feet cramp like that it is SAFER to turn them around because if you got in an accident it's almost guaranteed leg injury.
