how old do you need to be to ride an electric/motorized bike?

i am 13 years old, and i found this electric/motorized bike that i really like, but im not sure if i would be allowed to ride it because nothing i have read about is says if kids can ride it. it is the x-treme xb-500. also if you know if this is a good electric/motorized bike that would be helpful too. thanks <333

For the price of that scooter you can get a really nice bicycle.
