I'm 13, but i'm 6 ft. 2 and much more stronger then most people in my year at school also quite taller. But the problem is i have like no abs :/ i dont have a big belly its just a flat stomach and i want abs! How old do i have to be to start using the machines in the gym to help me get abs?
How old do you have to be to use weights in gym's in the UK?
