I Am 18 years old. im trying to buy i cheap car that saves gas like maybe a '97 honda around 4 to 5 grand. i was wondering also what are the requirements for me buying a used car from a used dealership and/or a private owner? do i need a co-signer? and so on? Or can i just come in with cash, pay the man up front sign i few papers and drive off with the car? please answer my question, no stupid comments.
