I'm 15 and I am, well quite frankly, gifted with cars. I grew up around them. If it's broken, I can fix it. Neighbors pay me often to fix things because I only charge them $10+ Parts per repair. I want to get a part time job working on them, but I don't know if I can yet because of my age. when I tried to talk to my Pap about it, he just answers "You don't wanna be a grease monkey," because he worked as one for 35 years and felt he was never supplying for the family. But it's what I love. I learned from him. So, anyway, is there anywhere that might hire me even though I'm not even old enough to have a license yet?
why would I want to take classes just to be taught what I already know how to do?

There are state and federal laws the do not allow kids under a certian age work around certian things, areas and such. Talk to your high school counselor and see if they can help with placement

Typically not until your 16 years old. In the mean time, take some auto technology courses at your high school and local community college. It may be hard for you, but you'll never regret it.
