How often should I eat at subway?

Yesterday I went to subway and i got a 12 inch turkey and breast sandwich with weat bread american cheese lettuce tomate cucumbers and lite mayo. And i am supposed to get anther today. So anything i need to change on the sandwhich.
 
That's a huge sandwich, that's not very good portioned.


Eating Subway over fast food will make you lose weight, eating it all the time will cause you to gain weight.
 
Get an unprocessed cheese like Provalone or Cheddar. Also no mayo...and sub with mustard for fat free italian+oregano (my fav). You could put it on a wrap too which is even better for you.
And how big of a person are you? Even if you are a big guy, you should only be eating like half of that for a meal. The whole thing is unhealthy for anyone. Remember, everything is ok in moderation!
 
Go for a 6 inch Italin wheat sub this time with the lowest fat meat they have (ask), lettuce, lots of tomato (makes 1 serving of five a day) and lite mayo again, if any at all.

I think once a month at Subway would suffice, but that's just me ;P
 
Go with the oven roasted chicken breast with jalapenos and pepperjack cheese. Mmm...delicious.
 
Everyday Jared ( the super weight loss Subway guy ) would eat a 6 inch turkey sub and a foot long veggie sub for supper. He lost 240 pounds !
I'd do it in a heartbeat if I could afford it.
