How often in a week do you dine as a family ?

Do you dine in or out ? How big a family ? Is it sitting down at the table, or grouped around another location ? Is it home-cooked, pre-cooked or boxed, or take-out ? What is the normal menu ?

Oh, and your general age, nationality, and location. Just an informal survey.
