costa county? I live in Fremont, Ca and he lives in Pittsburg. He filed first for full custody stating I was unfit and blah blah blah. All lies but I deserved and want full custody because I have always taking care of our son. I pay for his child care, health insurance, clothing, toys, etc.... i can go on and on. What do i need to do to get the courts to award me full custody, because i want what's best for our son and he just wants out of child support, which i haven't gone after him for, i just got married and he's pissed about that. I don't deny that he loves his son, i just KNOW he loves his money more. We only lived together for one year of my son's 5 years on earth. I just couldn't work 2 jobs, go to school full-time and come home to a man that didn't want to find a job and while he was home didn't cook, clean or take care of our son. Pure laziness. So how can I get the courts to see that he's selfish and doesn't really care for his son?
I'm sorry if I sound like I don't want his father in his life, because that's not true! I just know he doesn't make the best decisions in the world. He and his girl firend hits my son and my boy is rather well behaved. and he has had sex with her in front of my son!!!
Oh and at my house I'm the only one who would spank my son if need be and I choose not to because he hates the coner more. I love my son and I just want the best for him.
