How often do you change the media in your tumbler?

Do you prefer walnut shells or corncob media? After how many cartridges do you change the media?
 
Walnut is for serious cleaning, corncob for polish.
I mostly use corncob as my brass doesn't get that dirty.
Don't count cases and use it mostly to remove sizing lube.
Change it when it starts to feel too greasy.
