How often do you answer a question by going completely off topic?

George Bush did not have sex with that girl. Yes, I get off the topic but get back on. He did start a war by lying though. He also refused to have the levees fixed which is why Katrina ended up as it did. So he has a lot of death on his karmic list.
 
If somebody asks a question about a particular politician why do some many people answer a question with a question? The whole point of the question was to get an answer to THE question not some answer that is just a question about somebody else.

Have you ever gone completely off topic to the question posed and if so , why don't you just get lost?
