After your vasectomy it doesn't make any difference if you have sex once a month or 5 times a day. You are not going to notice any difference in your sperm production. Once it gets to a certain level they will constantly be absorbed into your bodily system. You'll never know when it is happening and having sex or not having sex has nothing to do with it anymore.
